- Drink more water. One of the secrets to a healthy living Vt is drinking lots of water or at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sufficient amount of water in the body rejuvenates skin cells and clean the organs which contribute to a healthy, glowing and younger skin.
- Limit your alcohol intake. Excessive drinking contributes to the development of chronic diseases, vehicular accidents and death out of murder and suicide. It can also damage the liver, throat and other essential organs in the body. To maintain a safe amount of alcohol in the body, do not drink more than two shots of alcohol a day for men and 1 shot of alcohol for women.
- Maintain a positive outlook in life. To maintain a healthy living Vt, you need to open up your mind and entertain positive thoughts. Being positive in life attracts good vibes and energy which will radiate in your face and give you that serenity and beauty that starts from within.
